Today’s video is a 35 minute, no equipment workout focusing on everything from our core downwards. This session will be a little more rounded (ha glute joke there..) than the last few lower body and hips workouts. I wanted to create a general, bodyweight workout that will cover our glutes and thighs from multiple angles so that if you enjoy it, you can do it over and over and over without creating any imbalances in mobility or strength. Make sure you stick around to the end of the video so you can hear why doing just one workout for any body part over and over will lead to frustration and plateaus.
